e-Learning is becoming an increasingly important part of delivering training, from the perspective of cost efficiency, geographical dispersal of staff, and evidence of understanding and knowledge through assessment. A recent innovation is the concept of "blended learning", where Trainers use both classroom interaction/group work, and also use computer Modules to train staff.
The Log on to Care project works in this way, and has developed a number of online interactive training modules in partnership with E Learning providers. |

We recognise the need for a companywide roll out of policies and procedures to all employees to assure that the organisation complies with laws and regulations. However, distributing these policies and procedures in soft or hardcopy does not guarantee that it is read and understood by every employee. For that reason we provide our employees a state of the art e-Learning platform. Using this platform gives us the opportunity to track, trace and report which employees followed the courses.
With this platform we will provide you with all the possibilities to develop your knowledge and skills.
